I know this is a work in progress, but in broad terms, yes, green light. I like your resolution of Arp's structure as a greenhouse - it makes good sense. I would urge you to ensure that your matte painting makes clear that beyond the glasshouse there is a great sprawling city, and thus ensure that is enough variance in terms of the buildings etc. so that we read it as a skyline as opposed to hills or other elements of a natural landscape. In terms of your final production art etc - just ensure that they're as polished and complete in terms of detail, as opposed to looking like advanced thumbnails. I've suggested to a number of students that when the time comes to create the orthographs, they consider using the cleaner, more controlled toolsets of Illustrator; these drawings should be crisp, clean-lined and 'technical'.
